I've been a student of science for over 10 years. Most of that time I worked in academic research labs. The last and the longest time – in the laboratory of Dr. M. Reza Ghadiri at The Scripps Research Institute (TSRI, California, United States). In April 2009, over 5 years into my PhD thesis work in bioorganic chemistry, I quit the Ghadiri lab and left Academia.
